StockRomLite v1.2 RC1 for Galaxy S4 mini Duos (I9192)

A question: I downloaded and installed the Xposed module which replaces delivery report messages with toast messages, but after enabling it and rebooting the phone, I still get delivery reports... Any ideas?

I am quite sure I wrote a post here, but it's gone now... Anyway, again:

My phone is freezing. A few times a day, 3 times already today. It happens during regular, operations: surfing, scrolling, stuff like that. Everything freezes, and I need to hold the power button, until the phone restarts.

Any idea..? Wildfear, did you encounter this kind of behaviour..?

I am really satisfied with the ROM, but this freezing is scaring me, since I use my phone as a business device.

There is a bug in the implementation of the kernel though, for which applications requiring root access do not work properly (namely Titanium Backup does not backup/restore in automatic mode, does not freeze apps, etc.) and the Terminal app crashes repeatedly. This problem is solved flashing the 1.3 kernel on top of 1.4 ROM (or any other kernel, maybe including the original Amestris v2.7 one, but I haven't tested yet).

I've also noticed that with the modem XXUBD2 the wifi is extremeley unstable, with very frequent disconnects (this only happens with 2 sims). I'll try other modem versions.

Thank you for providing this very nice ROM! I hope you can find the time to update it in the future as well!

wifi isnt modem related at all ! its 100% rom and kernel (mainly kernel since our kernels have their wifi modules inside )

I will check on that, i already got the same bug in titanium backup. Thanks for the report.

Custom ROMS Finally & Get Rid Of Knoxx

After waiting for long we now have a Custom Rom for s4 mini duos but unfortunately for those on knox it is of the same as not having a custom rom.
Is there a way to flash roms without triggering knox binary ? I mean like we have safestrap recovery for locked bootloader can have a recovery or way to flash roms without knox binary triggering , and is there a possible way now to get rid of knox once accidentally installed via OTA Update .???

-no way too but since its a software thingie (our device didnt come with knox in the first place ) so somebody will hopefully find a way .. btw i tripped mine i dont care :silly:

I'm currently using Carbon ROM.

I don't know if i will find some time to make a stockromlite KK anytime soon.

Flashing modem don't wype anything but I don't know if KK modem work with old JB ROM.
