Stop AT&T updates on rooted 4.3 Stock

I currently have NB4. I do not want to lose root.
AT&T keeps trying to download and install update even though I have set no security update in settings. Is there a way to block this? Perhaps Greenify the update process?? Thx.

Use titanium backup or root app delete to freeze the att update app
