Stop new update from popping up

I froze FOTA and then checked for updates. it searched and hung for a long time. Rebooted because when i went back it was still searching.
Freeze FOTA and you wont get the update.

if you downloaded it and son't want to install it
go to the cache folder and delete it

Hey man I finally got around to trying to mess with the cache files and I'm unsure of what to delete. There is downloadfile.apk. downloadfile-1.apk downloadfile.htm, lost+found, and then recovery. Which one would I delete to stop the updates?
