Storage shows 32gb only

Dear Sir ,
i have MHA-AL00
before it was showing 6gb ram and 128gb storage ,
i got boot loop ,so decided to flash it
after flashing it , it shows 4gb ram and 32gb storage ,
please help me
build : MHA-AL00C00B233
