Has anyone had issues trying to activate an Asus Zenphone 2 Laser on Straight Talk? All the research we've done shows it should be able to work, and it has a clean ESN. However, when we tried to activate the phone, we are getting a message stating "transaction could not be completed with information given". We've contacted technical support with Straight Talk who wasn't able to immediately diagnose the issue. We've also checked the phone settings. Any ideas?
