Probably not use the power button to turn off the phone pull the battery out for a couple of minutes put it back in and reboot
The screen in the pic indicates download mode. You can flash the stock firmware using desktop Odin to recover the phone. Is this phone toast?

Wipe. Clean install/ or restore a backup from before the issue started.Hey guys, I caught a virus that gives you an "about:blank" when going to browser and now seems to have messed with my data connection causing my data speeds to be in single digit kps. All anti virus and malware apps I have downloaded fail to find problem. Any ideas? Please.

You can always send a text message to 611611 with the word usage as the message to get your data usage.I thought about that and called them but they said no.

I would suggest getting it in a tar.md5 type file and pushing it through Odin.I have a recovery that was built for me but it is untested and im not sure if I have a locked boot loader or not. If I push the recovey thru adb and my device bricks is there a way to recover?

I don't know how I didn't catch that earlier lol. My blunder.I dont think I can use Odin. I have an Alcatel device w/ a qualcomm Snapdragon dual processor. Stated that way because some Alcatels are MTK devices. Any one know the proper flashing tool for (Alcatel A851L Sonic LTE-StraightTalk)?

Samsung universal mobile drivers will do. If it still isn't working then your charging port may be half bad. Mine used to charge but couldn't connect to pc and was because my port went badi have this device for some time now.
i think it is bricked. i can get into download mode and have the files for odin
but i do not have the drivers for this. samsung support does not have it and ive searched the threads and online.
does anyone have the usb drivers for this device on hand that they can send me?
please
I got them on one of my backup hard drives somewhere I'll dig them up in the am if you haven't got them sooner. You could still download them from samsung 6 months ago or so.i have this device for some time now.
