Go the Heimdall way then seems I had to go that route the last couple of times. Instructions in op right after the Odin ones.

I remember that error just don't remember how I fixed it been to long and my memory isn't what it use to be. Search Google I found the fix doing that.

Working on it. Power went out mid build yesterday and then builds were failing after I think because of the power outage in the middle so I had to start fresh. I've got @mr-cook on board to be maintainer once I get it all setup and building. Hopefully have a build soon or when I wake up
i'm having a very ignoring issue that i can't seem to get out of, i had to buy a new galaxy s2 phone since my other one got destroyed, i flashed everything through odin and got cwm then flashed neatrom (which is what i had running flawlessly on my other phone) i then reboot recovery, flashed the modem and Jeboo Kernel and then reboot, everything loads fine but when i boot into recovery it's still the older version of CWM i flashed through odin, even though the phone says it's running jeboo kernel, so if i then flash jeboo kernel again and reboot the phone gets sent into Kernel Panic Upload mode and i haft to start all over again with odin! any idea whats going on here?
What is "kernel panic upload mode" and do you have the i777 or the sgh- s959g ( straight talk s2)?

kernel panic upload mode is apparently when the kernel is either over loaded or not working rite, not really sure why i was getting that message but it looks kinda like the other warning you can get when you try to boot your phone and something ain't rite, you see a little green android with the error written in red. and yea technically its the s959g, after another few attempts i got the rom flashed with the kernel and all seems good, only thing that bothers me is the first time i booted after flashing the home screen changed from the NeatRom wallpaper to a wallpaper i had previously.. could this mean it wasn't a clean install? if so how can i try to fix it, but other then that issue all seems good.

Go to the first page of this thread, and under factory firmware, click spoiler, scroll down to Odin flashable factory firmware and grab the uncompressed version "stock sghs959g.tar.md5" (something like that i believe). Flash that in Odin and you will be back to factory status-recovery included
