Strange 4K60fps video file

I was doing some video sampling, have no problem to play it back on the phone, but when I moved the files to my desktop, one of them, the 4K60fps shows a totally black screen in WMP, background sound is ok. That file thumb looks funny, different then the rest of it. No problem with the other files playback. Then I imported the 'bad' file to OpenShot VE and I can see the video, though with lots of stutter. Could this problem be files encryption related, I mean, if something gets corrupted in the process of moving files between diff systems?

Uh..., am not rooted, just clean Pie

UPDATE
Tried different video players on Windows 7 desktop so, the WMP won't budge, displays black screen only, QuickTime does playback 4k60fps but it's all very jerky - VLC is perfect, no skipping, very smooth playback - something's wrong with the encoding on OP6 part, only the 4k60fps mode is affected on my stock Pie OP6.

UPDATE#2
Problem solved: Window Media Player is an old 20th Century technology unable to playback high fps videos.
