Strange App Came Installed With The Official December Update for the A2 Lite

I've seen a thread about this app on the MIUI Forums -- DiagLogger.

MIUI Forum Thread About Mystery App

It came installed as a system app with the newest 10.0.2.0.PDLMIFJ update, can't be removed.

There is no information about it anywhere on the web.

The guy on the other forums said its full name is "com.huaqin.diaglogger".

The icon is different from other system apps, its a square one. Whereas all others are round.

So, does anyone know what this app may be and what is it for?

Huaqin is a "leading global smartphone and tablet original design manufacturer (ODM)" according to Intel, which is one of their partners. So it is likely that they also have some kind of partnership with Xiaomi and this system app is a result of that.

A diaglogger seems to be a radiologger in android according to
