I have Note 2 SHV-E250S and having very fast battery drain of almost 10 to 15% per hour without any use, but strange thing is that I powered off my cell with 80% charging and after 5 hours I couldn't turn it on. To check that again i did that again next day and same happened, also set part which is between camera and battery remain heated always even with set powered off. So can anybody help please?

Read carefully and tell me if it is not strange? I have searched and found many questions about battery problems but not what I have told above
I have read carefully (unlike you) and it's perfectly normal if you have a faulty battery. It happens all the time. Solution is to get a new one.

I have been searching from last 3 days. Battery is default note 2 battery. I am asking basically about heat problem, why the set remain heated while it is powered off and continue to drain battery. I have searched but if you can help how I need to search and where specifically then tell me?
You haven't even given relevant info like what rom you're on or if you have changed kernels or anything else recently. Have you checked battery usage info to see what is using most etc etc etc etc?
It sounds like either your battery is defective or an app is working overtime in background.
I haven't changed anything. I am on 4.4.2 stock and phone is not rooted.
