@stewie-droid every camera app will use those libs it was a while back but I think I only changed the lower iso value tables .

Don't know about the second I would shoot in raw if picture quality was the main concern. I would just use freedcam and use the built in profile editor there you can set whatever bitrate you want

Then if you mess with libs you can get crazy results I've achieved 1080p 73fps @ 56Mbps / 4K 34fps @ 160Mbps on SD800 device there was some mod I posted a while back for 39fps 4K for G4.

Will recheck those libs later maybe I screwd up somewhere was sorta sleepy when copying the tables maybe lg added something in mm as I just copied the Table from mm lib into lp . I can't explain the disappearing camera tho that's too weird

MOD NR LIB 5.1LP V10e.zip - [Click for QR Code] (38.7 KB, 36 views)

Can i use thie NR reduction LP51 for v10 on my LP 5.1 LG G4 H811-10N (stock cam) It took it but not sure yet what results will be. HOping it won't mess up anything.

defcomg thanks. I am using now your LP v10e libs and they are working. Lots less noise reduction which means more noise in pictures but more sharp, i think.
Trying to figure out if that's good or bad lol......i guess have more testing to do. I'm using stock app, not modified and 100% jpg mod for picture quality which btw is somewhat not working it's suppose to at 100%. Anyway i'll update in the other thread on that but that's for libs. I'm wondering which is better, more grain or well post processed but more blurry if cropped in. Difficult answer to answer. If you or someone can shed your opinion on it it would be greatly appreciated. :)

I prefer a little more grain than over processed blurred look if you keep iso low and have good light sometimes the grain gives it that old school film grain look.

And with grain you can always denoise later if need be with blurred image you can try add sharpness but you end up with cartoonish looking image.

But if you have a tripod and a static scene freedcam has a stack mode where you can disable noise reduction and do median stack to reduce noise also if you into astrophotos in the stack mode you can choose lighten stack mode to create startrail images

Is there any way to conbine the 100% Jpeg mod with this noise reduction mod. Haven't installed either yet, just getting to grips with the stock cam manual controls atm which is all new to me..and fun :)

So I applied the mod on top of the 100% jpeg mod and once the camera app opened I'm getting an error message that can't be dismissed : "Internal storage full..." . Internal storage is not full or even close. Had to restore twrp backup I did before applying the mod. Any idea to fix this?

@Ramsey if your on MM here are some modded lib with noise reduction strength reduced

and you were right for some strange reason this
Code:
denoise_weight. Effect: Decrease denoise_weight to remove details and denoise more. Data range: 0-1.
the values were higher on higher iso than low so it removed more details on lower iso weird

just copy them to /system/vendor/lib i modified upto iso 2500 :fingers-crossed:
can you remove the noise reduction for video recording as well? when i begin recording the picture goes dark everytime when in low lighting, the same happens when using 3rd party apps for streaming.
