Strange behaviour - No display reaction

Hi,

I just replaced the display unit incl. frame of my Xperia Z3. The display didn't react and the phone had some strange behaviour.
Now i just changed the whole unit, but there is still this strange behaviour.
I recorded a short video. In this video I push the Lock-Button and everytime the phone is telling something (for me) not understandable things.
Sometimes it is telling these strange things when it is just laying and nobody touches it.

Take a strong flashlight and put it on the display, then push the unlock button and look at the display. Do you see something?

No, unfortunately not. It's completely dark. Just the backlight is switching on.

Try flashing new firmware and clear all data.

If yes, I tried yesterday evening, but nothing changed.

By flashtool and wipe appslog, cache and data, You have accessibility options turned on that's why phone don't respons on touch only on speaking

Yup use 0.9.18.6 newer versions make phone bootloops, http://www.flashtool.net/downloads.php and download official firmware for Your model

Hi,
I installed Flashtool and connected phone, but Flashtool says, that my phone cannot be officially unlocked.
So mz bootloader is still locked. Is it possible to unlock it?
Over Sony Webpage it is not possible, because I cannot access my phone for IMEI Number.
Unfortunately I do not have an IMEI backup....

Edit:
So, I could erase and flash now.
But it's still not working...
