Hello guys ! Im trying to help my mum with her s3 mini,but i have no idea what to do ! Maybe some of you guys can help me 
so, the thing is: Everytime when im (or anybody else) trying to call her, shes not available and immediatly after hanging up i get a notification that shes available again. After that i can call her like nothing happend. Also she gets a message saying that she missed a call. Up to this point no one could help me and were pretty desperate...
