Strange Display problems

Hello guys. I got a strange problem with my Zenwatch. I have this watch for almost one month and all things were good until a few weeks ago. My display doesn't refresh or something like that. If I change the watch faces, it keeps a trail of the previous watch face in the background. And it stays like that, like a shadow. It becomes really hard to read the watch this way. I attached some images to explain better my problem.
Factory reset did not helped. I believe i have this problems since he started to do his last updates, but I am not sure.
What to do?

You already did a factory reset, since that didn't work, I would just return it to the store you got it form.

Yes, I tried everything. ..I returned it, now I'm waiting to see what they do with it

I would turn it back to the shop and either get it replaced or fixed! Good luck.
