Hey guys, my xperia z recently got wet and all the flaps were closed but somehow some water managed to get in. The phone is still working fine but there seems to be water bubbles on the screen and the screen color gets washed out. I used a vacuum to suck them out and it worked. The screen went back to normal, but after a few minutes it starts to fog up again and I have to vacuum it again. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I could fix this? Thanks

Take it to service. Or if you have experience you could try disassemble it by yourself and let it dry.

Thanks but I was thinking maybe there is an easier fix since nothing is really wrong with the phone. It's weird that if I just suck air out of the port the screen goes back to normal. After a while when it heats up the screen gets washed out again. I tried putting it in rice for 3 days but that didn't work.

Your screen is damaged with water, you can't fix that. You can only replace it to fix that problem.

Ok.... I just said the screen is working perfectly so I don't see what u mean. I'm just looking for a way to get the remaining moisture out from under the glass.

Screen that looks washed out is not working perfectly. Take it to service.

Alright thanks for trying to help, but if u had read what I said carefully you'd known that the screen is fixed whenever I blow air into it but after some time it gets washed out again and I have to blow in it again. If there was something wrong with the screen it wouldn't be working at all. I was only looking for a way I could keep the air out on my own. Thanks anyways though
