ITS A TRAPif you dont mind haha. seriously bro . iam new to the Dell streak 7
Iam asking because the only way that i can flash a rom is thru NVflash because some how i dont have recovery installed iam having hard time to installed it. NV flash has been for me the only way to do it to flash a rom.ITS A TRAP
But seriously though: just keep in mind that you must use CWM 3.0 to flash it, and you also must downgrade to a stock 3xx bootloader too (if you had installed any HC or ICS rom at any point).
Installing CWM is just downloading it and flashing with fastboot, but there are no instructions to change the bootloader.
You must use NVflash to do that (it might be possible though fastboot, but I dont think anyone's ever tried)
Do some work on your own, learn how to use fastboot so you can flash recovery and get it fixed.Iam asking because the only way that i can flash a rom is thru NVflash because some how i dont have recovery installed iam having hard time to installed it. So can this rom flash thru NVflash possible?

Just because someone asks questions because they don't understand how to do something or are having issues, doesn't mean they haven't done their research or made attempts. We are and were all noobs at one point in time until someone aided us along the way to help in the process and eventually get us to where we are today in terms of modding, flashing and so on. If you have an issue with helping then don't bother to respond in a forum. The point of the forums is to work as a community together and advance our devices, not bash each other and halt progress. Thanks and have a good one.Do some work on your own, learn how to use fastboot so you can flash recovery and get it fixed.
I have 7 android devices and I'm seeing an exodus in the forums from one of tolerance of those like yourself that REFUSE to learn anything by the more experienced to a state of disgust. The mods may be a bunch of lazies that would rather be in the graces of the noobs but the devs are getting sick of their threads having hundreds of posts with JUNK like yours that could be avoided with some simple effort

easiest way to get to recovery is actually to boot direct from a power down, this way it goes straight to the boot choice menu and then you can choose recovery and it load right in.Thanks Bro, yu right i have search all over. Ones i get home i would give you a pm.
Some how i did it with fastboot to flash the recovery but when i get Press the buttons i would not get to the recovery i just boots normally, when i flashe the recovery On the CMD commands it did saids that it flashes the recovery sucessfully.
That's where you're wrong buddy... those live giveen and myself and many many others came here when xda developers WAS MOSTLY DEVELOPERS and we DID NOT get spoon fed and had to figure stuff out FROM EXISTING MATERIAL. Its all there... the noobs are too lazy to search.... end of discussion... no other way to look at it....GIVEEN what do you have to be such an ass dude you act like you have a serious problem you always wanna hold something rather it's someone hands or their penis granted there are people here that needs help just like you did when you first started someone had to hold your hand and your penis as well unless your just that brilliant which i seriously doubt so "**** YOU"
I think this is an EXCELLENT idea and unprecedented concept.... the moderators lately are more interested in allowing the newcomers to rampantly post and ask what they like and any of us that scold them get penalized...I think this thread should be closed... the download for the ROM is no longer supported and the op has not been active for some time. lack of respect shown to active developers is horrible.
If someone wants a froyo ROM with modifications, they should put in the effort to understand the device and its hardware/software and take it on as a personal project and learning experience.
There is a wiki, there are thousands of posts in forums, there is Google.com.
XDA has always been about development, and those who know have always been willing to help so long as you demonstrate your ability to do everything you can to help yourself first.
The community has become spoiled and threads like this remaining open just foster problems and entitlement. Please close and allow for folks to move on to the more up to date development which is much appreciated and keeping this device a player in the game that is Android
