Streaming Audio Problem

I am currently using nhathoa's custom rom and just recently my streaming audio apps are now stuttering or skipping, Sirius xm buddy, I heart radio and sat rad player are all experiencing this problem

I can't call and complain to at&t because im on a unlimited non smart phone data plan because they can't recognize my euro titan

Anyhow I've had no problems streaming audio since last November until now, could it be the custom rom? I was using dft pearl rom previously and I had no p problems

I don't have any issue with audio streaming, on all the Titan custom roms (all 4 of them) which I've tried all

My monthly plan just reset along with my data plan, I just tried Sirius radio and now there is no skipping, last month I was at 3.5 GB of usage, I believe I was being throttled hmm
