Streaming Traffic Class on HTC HD /WM6.1

All,

I want to modify the "Requested PDP traffic class" sent from the mobile to the network from Subscribed to Streaming or Interactive.

I want to modify also all the QoS parameters in "Activate PDP Request" sent by the mobile, do you know how to do that in Windows Mobile 6.1?

I have a Sony Ericsson P1i and this can be done very easy through the DialUP software.
