Stuck apps on watch after Uninstall

Hi, I sometimes cannot Uninstall apps on my watch after unisatlling them on my phone. Currently I am stuck with circa news on my watch. I have uninstalled the app on the phone and then restarted the phone & then the watch but I can't seem to get rid of the app on the watch short of resetting my watch and starting over. Please advise what to do?

No answer to your question but I have seen the same thing on my watch. Factory reset of the watch is what solve this issue.

Thanks for your reply but this is really an extreme step to just get rid of an app ?

I agree, it's a extreme step just to uninstall one app. Haven't found any other way to do it when it happens.
