i got 1 dell streak 7 (tmoble 4g)that is stuck in CWM and there is no files what so ever... It boots into cwm

I also have one that is stuck in apex mode..
The 3 lights light up only when charger or usb is in, but will not charge,
I was using it one minute the i took it off charge and it shut off and wont leave apex mode now.
Please help a video would be very helpful or step by step guides.
