U should have taken backup.Search in threads you will get a backup file.
Same thing happened to me I just restored.
However you can completely unbrick it by searching on YouTube "Lenovo p2 bootloop"

Their is official marshmallow image file somewhere which you need to fash through fastboot commands so you can get back to stock that is the only way unless you can get back into twrp.

I tell you what I did.
I am on AICP right now.
I used hendibudi's twrp this time,last time I used the official one.So when I restored to marshmallow I flashed hendibudi's twrp and removed fingerprint protection. Then I did factory reset and flashed the rom

I faced same issue,,but after flashing twrp i flashed su file than did wipe and flashed custom rom and it worked,,root your device first

I had the same problem. After converting the data partition to EXT4 format the problem was solved.

It was the version from this week, that was not the problem.

I had the same issue I took me whole day to recover my phone

Let explain what I did
1.)first was i flashed the system chunks from the factory image then I started to boot the device this time the device would boot but would get stuck on starting logo of Lenovo.
2.)I had custom recovery installed(the latest on at that time) so tried to install custom ROM the blue led with vibration issue was sorted till now but the phone wouldn't boot at all
3.)The thing that helped me was changing the data format to ext4 and then installing the miui ROM that fixed the problem of phone being stuck at starting logo and after that I just did a system wipe and installed a new ROM and now the ROM wouldn't stuck at boot

And thus problem solved I hope it will help you

Steps:
1.Reboot phone to recovery
2.Clear System,data,cache
3.Flash any stable custom rom
Or flash Stock odex rom

I followed this steps to recover from this issue

Try hold Volume Down + Power button. This is to enter fastboot mode.
Then you can recover your phone by using the stock firmaware:

Extract all and run <flashall.bat>.
