The OTA to 8.1 went into an installation error everytime I tried to update. Eventually the phone stopped booting.
When I try to install SANDERS_OPSS28.65_36_3_cid50_subsidy_DEFAULT_regulatory_DEFAULT_CFC.xml i recieve a message that the firmware is older than the installed firmware.
Minimal ADB and Fastboot 1>fastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
