ok i browsed the forums for this answer and if it is in here, im sorry for repeating it. But i encountered this problem today(stuck in bootloop and could not get into recovery) and this is what i did to solve the issue
1: TAKE THE BATTERY COVER OFF AND PULL BATTERY
2: GET A PIECE OF PAPER, LOCATE THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ON THE BATTERY, HAS THE ICONS + and - you are going to block off the NON marked terminals on the battery
3: this is the tricky part, rip the paper in small pieces and block those terminals off and put the battery in
4: Reboot into recovery, factory wipe and reset your phone and you should be good to go!!!
