Stuck in Bootloop

I installed magisk module to give my phone some Pixel features, and now the phone is in bootloop. I can't even turn it off to boot fastboot and try to remove the module?

Press vol- and power button to boot into Bootloader and follow this tutorial.

I got it to boot into fastboot after the battery died, then I fired up twrp and did a factory reset. Used to be able to uninstall a module that was causing problems, but not anymore.
