Stuck on 11.0.5.0 / what's the best I can do?

Hi, so I've been using this device for over a year now (got it in June 2018 I think) and it just doesn't work well anymore, Chrome freezes a lot, system isn't smooth in general, Facebook's Messenger doesn't notify me a lot of the times. I can't update to the newest version, I am currently sitting on 11.0.5.0 and it says I am up to date with everything which is clearly not true. What's the best I can do right now? Upgrade to 11.0.9.0 manually, install custom ROM or downgrade to version that actually works properly?

V11.0.5→ V11.0.10.0

Here Are The Steps

1 - Unlock Bootloader (You May Skip This Step If You Don't Want To Unlock The Bootloader)

2 - Download The OTA for V11.0.10.0

3 - Copy OTA File In Memory Card

4 - Go To Recovery Mode (Power Button Volume Up) After That You Will See "No Command" Screen Just Hold Power Button Again And Then Press Volume Up Button Two Seconds And Then Free The Button.

5 - Then Select Option "Apply Update From SD Card" And Select The Path Where You Copied OTA File.

6 - Reboot

7 - Successfully Installed OTA V11.0.10.0.QDLMIXM
Now System Is Showing "Your System Is Up To Date"

I have Magisk installed, do I need to uninstall it? If yes, should i do a "Restore Images" or "Complete Uninstall"?
