Question Stuck on Android 12?

Hi! My daily driver is a Magic4 Pro LGE-NX9 and I'm still on 6.0.0.188, latest android patch is february 1st 2023! Any clues why I don't get Android 13 like others?

I can't connect via magic suite no matter what I do. File transfer on, USB debugging on, HDB on, restarted the pc after installing honor suite... I'm out of ideas. On My Honor app I can't find a way to do that, seems quite limited.

In the My Honor settings, change the regions, on one of them you will have a warranty and update buttons.

Changing to UK does show up a system update button, but that just goes to settings and says I'm up to date

Portugal. But just got the update yesterday! And I didn't do anything, so it really is getting late to some countries
