Stuck on bootloop

Hello guys, I've installed Lineage os on the device but it got into bootloop. I tought maybe it was because the TWRP verison was old so I installed a new version on twrp via adb and it sucssed. But when I try to get into the recovery only a MI logo apper. The device dosen't go into recover only into fastboot and the lineage os symbol is stuck on bootloop.
Any ideas?

Give us some context. Bootloader version, lineage version, twrp version, order of events, what did you wiped, etc.

Hey and thank's for the replay.
Bootloader version I really dunno how to check.
Lineage version is the new one lineage-14.1-20170621-nightly-libra-signed.zip
Twrp verison before was 2.8 and I installed
twrp-3.1.1-1-libra.img.
This is the order of the events. I tried to install the rom from the old TWRP, wiped system,cache,dalvik,data and rebooted.
Got into bootloop and then I tried to flash the new TWRP via adb and it worked but the device won't go into TWRP and the bootloop still there.

Ok. What rom.did you had before?

I think you had lollipop bootloader which works with Lineage 14.1 but maybe you had wrong twrp, probably 3.0.2.0 works better.

Twrp 3.1 is not going to work with lollipop bootloader, no wonder it's not letting you boot in recovery anymore.

Go into fastboot and get 3.0.2.0 installed, then install another rom or try again with Lineage.

Try turning of and pressing volume + and power to boot again. I never had this problem.

TWRP is up but when I flash LOS I get an error unknown command [log] and there is still a bootloop. Maybe because I didn't flash Gapps? Thank's

No. It's the roms fault from what I've read. Try another rom.

The problem is I can't transfer a new rom to the phone, no os.

It's not dependent on os. Connect the USB C cable while in twrp.

I want to transfer a new rom to the device storage but I can't since there is no OS on the phone so the device storage dosen't apper on the computer.

My storage appears in TWRP even if I have no os. Maybe you don't have the best drivers.

Try in fastboot too.

The last option is to find an OTG cable and a data stick and, put the roms on the stick and connect it to the phone via the OTG cable.

My storage apper on twrp to, but how can I transfer a rom file from my computer to the phone?

Copy paste the rom in internal storage if it appears on your pc. If not,find an USB OTG cable.

I have managed to transfer some roms via ADB push command, but each ROM I try to install I receive an error message. Why is it happening?

Edit: I have managed to get the phone working by installing an old MIUI 7 ROM. Can you please tell me how to properly install lineage os now? Thank's
