thx for the reply ! , i did what u told me to do but i have the following message :

Setting current slot to "a"
FAILED ( remote: Slot change is not allowed in lock state
)
finished total time : 0.002s

And my phone is the same as before ... Why ?

I fixed that with "fastboot flashing unlock"
And then "fastboot flashing unlock_critical"

I'm not 100% sure that's how you write the commands, but after I did that, I was able to set active slot to "a".

Congrats. And remember.

NEVER RELOCK THE BOOTLOADER OF AMY DEVICE UNLESS YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN THAT EVERYTHING IS 100% STOCK.

Data partition however is not important as much to be 100% stock (in my opinion) because i myself have flashed factory images with a moded data partition but the data partition is not as critical as Boot or System.

In other words, commenting "erase userdata" should reflash your phone as mentioned above and keep your data partition untouched.

Hello friend, I have a razer phone, maybe you remember if you could solve the problem, exactly the same thing just happened to me, adding when I enter twrp mode it indicates an error that says:
error when disassembling vendor invalid argument. Could you help me I'm worried.

TWRP or fastboot

As mentioned before try to flash the cheryl stock image, DL: https://s3.amazonaws.com/cheryl-factory-images/cheryl-p-release-7083-user-full.zip
OR try sudo fastboot boot [recovery-image, you want to boot (e.g. TWRP)] (idk if that works is locked state)

But i gotta say, as i expierienced before, if u cant escape bootloader, that may means that ur OS is broken!

PS: unlock ur bootloader with: 'fastboot unlock_critical' or 'fastboot flashing unlock' there may r other ways to do that too...
