stuck on 'encryption unsuccessful' screen

hi. zuk z2 pro
stuck on encryption unsuccessful screen. only reset or reboot available.
when trieng to enter recovery (vol up+down+power) i get only reboot power off and update options.
can't enter fastboot (vol down + power) its keep rebooting me.

what can i do to save my device ?

Reflash stock rom via qfil, u can search it on zukfans.eu

i cant seems to to enter the right mode.
becouse i succesed to enter fastboot, so i opened the bootloader, and flashed twrp, but every rom i flash.. i stuck on bootloop.
so i tried what you told me, and it keep poping the unlock menu. do i need to relock bootloader ?

If u reflash stock 1.9 rom then it will automaticly lockdown

yes i know, but i cant get to a point that i can flash...
