Any updates? Fix? Please :D
After my second feedback there wasn't any oxygen os update, I think that the next update will be in the middle of february but honestly I think that oneplus will never fix this issue, I'm pretty sure, we will see. It's a shame. I also tried to change the default screen protector but of course it doesn't change anything.

My OP7 Pro has the same problem.
Go to Settings, System, Accessibility and check "Remove animations".
I've done that and the difference is noticeable. No frame drop, much more smoth even in apps like Chrome.

Mmm I tried but it doesn't fix the situation, because it just removes the animation when you open/switch or close an app but the scroll remains the same, and sadly it continues to stutter

I don't see it. It looks smooth to me.

I updated the phone to 10.0.7 as soon as I received it, before I did anything other than activate it, for whatever that's worth. I didn't give it much thought because it's just how I do things when I get a new phone, but I'm starting to wonder if that's part of why I have had none of the problems others are experiencing.

Of course, some problems (like the screen tint issues) are probably hardware, and I guess I just got lucky for a change. But I've had no problems at all with this phone and am unable to reproduce app problems that other on OP's forum are reporting even if I try. Maybe the fact that I updated before doing anything else to the phone other than activate it helped.

It also could be that some people's eyes are just more sensitive than others. I had a misalignment of my eyes, apparently since I was born, that didn't manifest until I was in my 50's -- and I've passed military flight physicals starting when I was 17. My brain was compensating for the misalignment say the doctors at the V.A.

So who knows. Maybe one person sees stuttering, flickering, etc. as intolerable, and another can look at the same screen and not notice them at all.

I also updated right out of the box. The only issue I've experienced so far was the saturation issue on lockscreen. Aside from that, I haven't noticed anything else.

I'm starting to think that makes a huge difference, especially with certain apps that have hundreds of problem posts that I can't reproduce no matter how hard I try.

I played with this screen issue again last night, and there's no amount or severity of tapping or scrolling that I can do that will reproduce the problem. It smoothly slows down when I lift my finger, smoothly follows when I don't, and abruptly stops or reverses direction as quickly as I tell it to.

Honestly, I'm not sure what the lockscreen oversaturation issue even is. My lock screen is black with nothing but a clock and the fingerprint reader lit up.

Hey everyone!

I was the same problem with lagging in game like OUR WORLD. It was lagging terrifuly when I was shooting rapidly very fast. But I get fixed this problem, changing the driver to this game(OUR WORLD), from default to SYSTEM GRAPHICS DRIVER.
Go to settings-system-developer options-game driver preferences. Now find the app, what causeing the problem( in my case, I go down to OUR WORLD), open it and change the driver(3 choises: defalt-game driver-system graphics driver).
I hope to help someone! It worked for me!

Peace for all!!!

So no fix ? I get the same frame pixel drop and notice it everywhere in the ecosystem... Only temporary fix for a day or two is to turn on off display. Sometimes it happens again the same day later on...

No fix and at this point I don't think that it will arrive, oneplus have made a terrible work with Oxygen in Android 10. In addiction if people or reviewers don't talk about it oneplus will never fix it.

Hey.
I was found more problems with Android 10 in my OnePlus 7 pro. Really shame to OnePlus for these problems. I have Fingerprint problem. Its not always recognise my fingerprint( even not opening home screen, when I tap two times, It mus lighten up, but no). And now i found bluetooth problem. I play my favorite songs from my Sony headphones, in bluetooth. But after some time it just stop playing in the headphones. I looked my phone, its playing and all good, but nothing in the headphones. After several restarts in phone and shuting down my headphones, even then its not working. I removed it from bluetooth devices. Paired again but still nothing. Really shame to OnePlus for these .......!
But its playing all good in my OnePlus 5, in bluetooth(Android 9.0.10)

Peace for all!

Android has a history of buggy OS's whenever they introduce a new version. This is why some people don't update their phones to the newer android. In my opinion, it's best to hold on to the previous android versions to avoid such problems. Android Q/10 will get better gradually after some time and when it gets better Google will introduce a new buggy version (Android M) that will also take some time to get stable. PEACE...

Thank you, I'm sure that is present on all 7T (probably also all 7t Pro) with android 10.
For this reason I ask to everybody that find this issue to report it on the feedback thread (oneplus forum).

It's ridiculous that every reviewers didn't talk about this (and green tint) and they sau only "smooth"...mah

Y'all tend to have an overactive sense of what makes a phone bad and good. This wouldn't make any phone any worse than it already is.

Ciao @Tex99,
Are you using LastPass?
I noticed that I have some lags when I have turn on LastPass accessibility. When I turned it off the lags/stuttering problem are less visible. I tried to play with some different setups in accessibility (LastPass, Fluid Gestures, Nova Launcher etc.) and discovered that the problem is less visible only when I turn off LastPass in accessibility menu.
Did you try that?

Hi, thank you for the test. Nope I don't have LastPass on my 7t, I'm pretty sure that it is a system issue (maybe LastPass makes the things worst in your case) and it's not possible to fix from user side.

I was having this problem. I don't think there is a way to completely get rid of it. However, I recently switched my T-Mobile variant to the Global Open Beta 2 and flashed Arter97 r54 kernel and scrolling is much smoother. The device in general is just overall much better with this ROM/Kernel. Arter97's kernel gets rid of most of OnePlus' code and uses Qualcomm's code as a base. It also uses a 300Hz base frequency which reduces jitter. I highly recommend this kernel!
