Yes from backup and reset menu but it might only work on stock recovery i think and not twrp. In twrp you have to change to partition manually from advanced wipe section before flashing the rom.
i tried changing. but the system stays ext4 after flashing the rom. I guess I should wait for the official 7.0.

After flashing you have to reset or before flashing change it from twrp. You have to change the format of data partition only. This will also delete all of your data and then you can flash the beta 8.

so you're saying, only the data can be converted into f2fs? system and internal will stay ext4?

My way to go back.
I use TWRP 3.0.2.1.28 eng_stk. Official recovery should work too. Download official 3.2.8 from here: http://downloads.oneplus.net/oneplus-3/oneplus_3_oxygenos_3.2.8/
Put the rom in internal memory. Reboot to recovery. Wipe > Advanced > Wipe cache/dalvik/data/system. Go back > swipe to Factory reset.
Flash the rom. after flashing the rom, reflash recovery. Reboot to recovery to check if it works.
Do a backup first. Copy it to pc for safety. This will wipe youre internal memory.

In my case I guess i can´t got beta 8 installed and twrp ask for pin did you think if i wipe data and flash 3.2.6 i manage to revert?
I'm also facing the same problem. TWRP is asking for password for accessing the file system. couldn't get past through it. I'm also on F2Fs file system.

My file system is F2Fs. TWRP is asking for password to access storage. whatever password i use it's not accepting. returns with error Unable to Mount storage.

Encrypted?
My system boots without any password. I've removed all password. but still TWRP cannot access storage.

So I am guessing your system partition is ext4 and f2fs , right? Coz, after a clean flash the system will become f2fs partition (thats what I read)
EDIT: Oh, You need to do hard reset for f2fs..
Also, did you read another thread? the users who did a remote session with OP said that u need some certificate file to downgrade to official OTA. something related to encryption
I had contacted OP for downgrading. They had send me a password protected qc.rar file.

You can easily go back.
how to downgrade if it's on F2Fs??

When Nugat beta was out, on 30.11.2016 i just flashed. I did NOT do any changes. 3.2.8 from official site, the same. I just flashed in TWRP 3.0.2.1.28 recovery.
Wird thing on site it say 05.12.2016, on zip it's 18.11.2016..., but everything works.
Who wants root SuperSU SR5 works fine.
I've check now. My file system it's ext4.
