Sudden Battery Drain - Please Help

I suddenly (as of last night) have a huge battery drain problem and I can't figure out why.

The only new things I have done are the following...

1.) Set a bunch of apps to never run in the background unless opened.

2.) Downloaded ES File Explorer PRO.

3.) Added a few tabs to Apps Edge.

4.) Downloaded a new Waze beta.

I ran Malware Bytes and there wasn't any Malware found.

Please help me. This doesn't make any sense.

(As I type this, my screen brightness is set very low (it is never above 30%) and I even have a blue light filter set at 75% on.)

I have also fully charged my phone and I have had it on for over an hour (without using it) and the battery percentage has not dropped at all...

Install gsam battery, so you can observe what apps drain abnormal quantities of power

Check your battery activity to identify which apps that drain the most?

For me ES file explorer is the problem. Even you don't see it the app is ALWAYS running background and monitoring all your apps, files, etc etc. Disable or uninstall it.

ES File Explorer blows any more, I would bet that is the culprit. There are many file explorers, Google's own isn't too bad.
