Suddenly no force encryption

Hey all,

I'm on the 7.1.1 dev preview, rooted,twrp recovery, adaway and substratum installed. I've also done some pixel-stuff additions. Anyway, until yesterday I've always had to decrypt the device when booting. I also had to decrypt when booting in twrp recovery. Well, since yesterday I suddenly don't have to decrypt anymore. Does anyone has any clue how this is possible? I didn't lose any data or something.

Also, in settings it just says encrypted. So, what does all this mean?

Looks like you're encrypted. If all you did was flash the factory image and twrp in fastboot and then flash the mods, then most likely you are now encrypted, especially if you flashed the userdata.img

Well, I figured out what happend. My phone changed the encryption password on it's own to the "default password". I saw this somewhere in twrp when looking around. After changing the security pin, it worked again!
