[suggestion] Xperia Z; Small App/pop up of Translator

i have another suggestion
A Translator (very lite)
with 100% internet access
for small app

> it can be running in background and when user press on a word it pop up and show meaning of it.
it can use notification bar to show meaning like a normal notification or open small windows on screen

i hope to see this ASAP in play store
