@raystef66 ,

I'm running pixel dust with the vendor partition from the OP. I'm trying to get ant+ to work (with a heart rate monitor), but appears some components are missing.

/vendor/etc/permissions/com.dsi.ant.antradio_library.xml makes reference to a /system/framework/com.dsi.ant.antradio_library.jar, but this file does not exist, nor do I know where to get it.

Any help or pointers? Ant+ worked when I lineageos/naugat, so the hardware is there, but the software isn't.

If anyone else has ideas how to make this work, i'm open to try anything.

Thanks!

Haven't looked into it but these are Pie GSI roms. Why not just try a device specific Pie rom from our ROM section to test out the ant+ and see if it works.
Btw, I checked on viper pie and the com.dsi.ant.antradio_library.jar is certainly there. So I suggest to flash one of those Pie specific roms ;)

Several reasons....

Phone is already configured for almost a year. I won't have an opportunity to redo it for some time.

You think it might be as simple as copying the jar file over to the right place? I'm downloading latest viper right now.

How do I extract that one file?

I don't think copy paste will work but give it a try with this file:

Wishful thinking. Probably has to be compiled with other supporting libraries/components. Oh well. Easier to replace the HR monitor with a BT one than to redo the phone at this point.

Copy/paste did not work.

Hello guys, the work here is amazing, I still rock my A7 and it's still very usable, I love that, thank you all so much. Does anyone know why newer versions of the GSI Roms fail to boot with the vendor configs we have? I tried many GSIs with many vendors (speedy, nfound, odenkrieger...) but none of the latest releases of the pie GSIs ever boot. Is there an answer to that?

Hi friend:
The best ones are the ones improved with the baddar rc1.1 and rc 1.2 kernel
