I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to everyone I told that there was no hope for unlocking SU4TL-49. The sun gods have heard your plea. I'll update my guide as soon as it goes live.

Yes.

Sunshine team bricked one Droid Turbo and had to buy another. Research like this costs time and money.

Is there tutorial for su4tl-49?

go to the official website and download the app.
run it and prepare your paypal or credit card information at the same time.
and then type the required information and unlock it.
wait 5 mins and power on your phone if it is powered off.

Hey guys, new to the Turbo section as I've been rocking the Nexus 6 the past couple years.
I've wanted a Turbo since release, but the locked bootloader was a dealbreaker, and the unlockable xt1225 and/or xt1250 have been ridiculously overpriced (said the guy who paid almost $700 for Nexus 6 lol smh).
Thinking about picking up a Turbo now, and as it will most likely have SU4TL-49 preinstalled, I want to make absolutely sure I'll be able to unlock it.
Just wondering if anyone knows what the ETA is for the SU4TL-49 Sunshine update?

I'm on my 3rd quark (a nearly 2 year old phone); it's my first android phone after coming from Blackberrys and iphones that previous companies I worked for provided.

Prior to Sunshine, I gladly paid for Mofo root (the out-of-date, initial type of permanent root) for my 1st Verizon Droid Turbo, along with sunshine when it went live on my 1st and my 2nd (insurance replaced) turbo.

My current phone is the Moto Maxx xt1250 (purchased after SU4LT-49 came out); however, if I would have made an insurance claim for a 3rd Droid Turbo and it came with .49, I would now still gladly purchase the latest version of Sunshine.

I know everyone has different economic circumstances but I hope others who have experienced the lack of an unlocked bootloader will take this very fortunate opportunity to purchase sunshine and take advantage of everything there is offered by the wonderful developers and others here on this thread.

You know damn well verizon will be working on a patch that will most likely occur before a Marshmallow update that will eventually block this latest gift the sunshine team has graced us with.

Clicked link again, still 3.4.5 is the only all available (or that I see) is there another source that has it possibly? I've been restless waiting since I heard it was getting a BL unlock

Good news guys issue resolved I went to my PC and checked the link for some reason it wasnt updated on my phone? Regardless I'm downloading it now thank you sungods your help will be forever appreciated

I just wanted to verify that the latest vzw firmware would be crackable before buying a device on eBay.
Anyway, I asked the seller what version is preinstalled, and it is 21.44.8, so no worries either way
Should have it in hand early next week!

I didn't mean to push anything on anyone, the post last night was alcohol fueled and just a rant, lol. The quark has been a tremendous phone, especially on verizon where I live. I hope everyone takes advantage of the 2ND chance provided, in the event those who still want an unlocked bootloader may do so.
