Super Micro Thin Micro USB cable ??

I am mounting a Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 on the dash of my car to replace the craptastic system the car comes with (nissan leaf)

anyway I want to avoid a fugly power cable floating around. what I am looking for is a normal full size plug usb to micro usb cable that looks like THIS PLUG on this qi wireless unit

ie it full inserts into the micro usb socket without sticking out more than a mm if that and is thin and flat so I can fold it around behind the tab and make it vanish somewhere out of site

problem is I need this in the form of a USB cable. just with that flat thin cable and that super ultrat compact micro usb plug on the end

Sadly those are all huge. Its not the cable that is to large. It is the plug itself thst goes into the micro usb socket that is too large and will stick out too much.

I will try to find my uni qi pad to take pics.

It is indeed surprisingly hard to find a wire with a thin connector/jack!
