You need a Recovery Mod as Like Teamwin (TWRP) or Clockworkmod .. instal it by Odin .. and then you can flash the Rom by the Recovery Mod
You should make a backup for your apps, setting, main screen, etc... from the Samsung account in the Settings.
When you install the ROM, you should format all your data before installing.
That is all what you need

Panic mode

Hi is there any way to disable panic mode when i press power button 3 times? I use sleep cycle app which requires you to put your phone on your bed while you are asleep. Today when i woke up i realized i called emergency number. Looking in phone log this wasnt first night that this happened to me. Pls help me i dont want to spam emergency number by accdient.

Why when I install twrp in my sm-j710mn stop running the camera app
