ok so i've done a clean (... i hope) install using the b.100 stock zip here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...peria-debranded-stock-b-1-89-b-1-100-t2337282
it's pre-rooted with SuperSU 0.99.
then i updated all apps, SuperSU updated to 2.46
when i run any app that requires su, it takes a LONG time to show the prompt, around 2minutes i'd estimate.
If i set SuperSU to Grant, apps get SU immediately. It's only showing the dialog that seems to be issue.
Doesn't seem to matter which app needs root, i'm trying with the USB mass storage app SD Mounter and a Reboot app.
After an app is granted root it works perfectly, so only first time. I'm not sure if SuperSU 0.99 was slow, I think it was.
Anyone seen this, before i wipe userdata and try again? i tried converting SuperSU to \system that made no difference.
Phone seems to run fine otherwise.
