Folks;
someone here to get my understanding about WiFi on osprey right? As far as I see, that device supports 802.11 b/g/n. My WiFi AP supports either 802.11 b/g/n or 802.11 a/n. My expectation would be that I can use both settings to connect to that WiFi. However, if I set my WiFi AP to 802.11 a/n, the osprey device will not just lose connection but not even see the AP anymore. I'm on a LinageOS 16 custom ROM, not sure that matters. Is this how it should be? Or am I completely misunderstanding how these standards work?
Thanks in advance and all the best,
Kristian
