Nice rom, indeed very smooth and full of options. However I can not change the nav bar using CMTE. Is the nav bar customizable or has it a 'fixed' hexo look? (Also QS stay purple/pink. So it looks like none of the changes through CMTE work.)

Cmte is fully working on my xt1521. But the rom was smooth at first when no apps was installed, but after installing some apps, this rom starts lagging. And it's not like little lags here n there, the lag is quite noticeable.

Cant use IDEA mobile bill payment !

I live in India . Idea cellular supports payment for apps in the playstore with the prepaid account balance. But I am unable to pay for the apps i purchase from playstore. I checked the same SIM on my other phone running official CM13. No problems with that ROM. But this ROM has some issues.
