* Notifications only playing through a Bluetooth headset when one is connected. Apparently, this is a thing on Android since 9.x, while Samsung device got a workaround, Pixels don't.
* No exFAT support. Samsung would mount exFAT SD cards, either plugged over USB OTG or in its SD card slot (which Pixels miss) as an external storage. Pixel only recognizes FAT32. Ugly workaround available, in form of slow paid apps, each and it's own limitations.
* I've always been saying AOD needs to be more customizable on Samsung, but with Pixel... its not customizable at all. Its either on or off. That's it.
* No scroll capture screenshot on Pixels? Seriously? I kinda though this is something coming from AOSP, apparently, nope.

I knew i am going to start finding tons of little things i am going to regret about... didn't realize its gonna start happening after a single day with the new Pixel :(

I'm tempted to return mine while I'm still within the return window now that they've started locking features away behind a paywall.

Give it six months and I'll bet you anything that backups (phone and photos) will need a Google One subscription.

There's a reason they didn't announce this until after the release of the phone.

Going the other way

I am going the other way. I had ordered and received my Pixel 5. Now returning it.

I had discovered that the Pixel 5 doesn't do video over USB c. Tested on my wife's S10e and realize I really want that feature.
