SW2 doesn´t load custom watchfaces

Hi I have a sony smartwatch 2 and I have a problem when loading custom watchfaces and custom wallpapers, I can not install them on my sw2 stays loading and just get blocked and I have to restart it. The same goes when I receive calls with pictures and crashes. Anyone know what can be? Thank you

it can take some time, especially if your phone is slow (or low memory) ...... try to wait more time (few minutes) before do something else

Thanks for your answer, but I've tried and does not work, I think it has to be something related to image transfer via bluetooth from my mobile. My smartphone is Huawei G600 u8950D, saying that if the other functions work properly, thanks

is that a mtk device? cause the sw2 has problems with mtk devices
