Hello all
I literally have no idea how to proceed here.
I've got a Wileyfox Swift 2 Plus - which used to work superbly.
Since they rolled out an update (can't remember when it was exactly but there was a load of issues it caused with battery drainage etc.)
Anyway I used to be able to connect to the WiFi network in work - we have a 2.4 & 5 GHz channels - which I know i should only be able to access the 2.4 one....
Anyway now I just cannot connect. It constantly says 'connecting...' then 'saved' then 'disabled'
Now before anyone asks, yes the network is up, I work at a big business with over 500 people in the same building, I've also checked a colleagues phone an he can connect to it easily.
It's also open as far as you don't need a password to connect, but then it takes you to a sign in page (like free open ones in restaurants and hotels etc) - I can't even get to that screen
I've tried all the usual jazz of restarting, bla bla, I've even tried a factory reset.
I can connect to my WiFi at home too so I know it works.
Literally stuck but not technical enough to know the next steps - Is this anything rooting would help with etc?
Thank you to anyone who reads/responds :good:
