Symbian ROM ?! Why not!

Symbian is for CPU's that are ultra slow and don't have GPU. Our X8 has a cpu super fast and a GPU, so symbian woould run SUPER FAST. But it takes really a lot of time to make this running on our X8.

Like that's the reason symbian is not available.. And for your information there are lots of symbian phones with better specs than our x8
The old versions were open source, the new are not..

Anyway.. symbian has support for TV output? So what? Android supports it too
