Sync Server is Busy (Chrome Bookmarks)

Chrome and Xoom Browser have not synced bookmarks since 9/21. I "cleared data" from the Xoom browser with the hopes of forcing a sync. No luck. Today, I stopped sync via Google Dashboard, then enabled sync via Chrome Browser, but I get the following error when signing in: The sync server is busy, please try again later. I tried later and same problem.

Suggestions?
