System Apps on Different ROM

Hiya, I need a help, Im having system apps (copied from /system/app ) from RodriguezStyle V2.3 . Apps like: htcDialer, htcPeople, htcMusic etc. and I wanted to install it on different rom, now im having Azure CM6 (Froyo) and when I open the .apk files I click on install, and you can see that progress bar. but after a second it says "Application not installed"

anyone have an idea how to install ? maybe through Console, adb command line ?

You can't install.. The apk's from HTC require HTC-framework.. HTC framework is not included in CM-Roms.. You can only install those on stock-based roms that hasn't removed the HTC-framework..
