Do system cleaners work?, no they don't. You can use any on the market like DU Cleaner, clean your phone using that which I just used and it found 761mb of junk which I deleted, then I used Super Speed Clean which found 847mb of junk so no, they don't work. The only way to delete junk is to go into recovery and delete cache and dalvik cache so save your money people and forget about these apps.

No. It's snakeoil nonsense. Kinda like antivirus for android, but worse.
Sure you can delete cache files and whatnot, and the system one provided by Samsung has root (or some kind of elevated) access so it can actually touch more things.
It's 100% not going to speed up your phone. Inert files on your storage do not slow down your UI or add work to your processors or take up RAM

Go to settings/device maintenance, otpimise now and enjoy. [emoji16]

I wouldn't even use device maintenance, it's powered by Clean Master/Cheetah Mobile....
They must be paying samsung oodles of money to bake that into touchwiz.
