System status: Custom?

So I was trying to check for a update and my phone keeps telling me that it is modified and can't update. I never rooted or did anything to it yet . has anybody else encounter this?

Run the tar garwynn posted in Development, when it's done, boot into recovery and do a factory data reset, run the tar again. That's what got me back to complete stock so I could update.
