system ui crash

i installed a theme on pure nexus
got a system ui crash went to my back up and still have that problem
factory reset and same thing
went to my stock rom back up same thing'
any ideas

Layers are installed in vendor partition. You need to flash a clean vendor or delete the layers from there.
